“I think it’s a beautiful mission of the market — of accessibility to food, to a good time — something that we really don’t have access to here south of the 10 Freeway,” says Romero. “Indigenous communities, Black communities, and migrant communities should have access to this delicious food without having to go across the 405, the 10. South Central deserves to have nice wine with a nice tlayuda.”
